FLO collaborates with Baseload to launch new AURA EV charging network

Quebec City, QC – July 4, 2022: As part of FLO’s sustained growth, the electric vehicle (EV) charging network operator and smart charging solutions provider has partnered with Baseload Power Corp. (Baseload), an innovative Canadian electricity infrastructure company with a core focus on renewable energy, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging, to launch Baseload’s new EV charging network Aura EV Charging.

Now they will be able to do that while leaving their vehicles charging safely. These stations have been selected carefully to ensure people can enjoy a DC fast charge, 30 minutes on average, without placing undue stress on the power grid at these busy locations.” 

One of the locations where the first Aura chargers were deployed is the Burlington Centre, a busy shopping mall in Burlington, Ontario.  

Aura EV Charging stations, supported by FLO’s equipment and operating system, will provide customers with a high-quality charging experience and premium service. FLO and Baseload will collaborate on deploying the Aura EV Charging stations across Canada.

Aura will offer multi-level charging speeds for commercial, office, fleet, and home applications, and its network of public fast charging stations are located at Canada’s premier retail properties that are home to Tier 1 amenities. EV drivers can easily access Aura chargers anywhere via their FLO smartphone application and use the app or RFID card to charge their EV anytime.
