Need info about how to charge your EV? Here are the most frequent questions we receive from EV drivers.
FLO operates thousands of stations from coast-to-coast, and works with numerous partner networks via interoperability (roaming) agreements. You can find all stations available through the FLO Network here, or via the FLO app.
Charging an EV can take as little as 30 minutes to as much as 12 hours — it all depends on the vehicle and the type of charger. A Level 2 station will usually take 8 hours to charge a typical EV from empty. A DC fast charger will take between 40-90 minutes.
Creating an account is free, and helps you access stations on the FLO Network and our roaming partners. You can create an account using the FLO app, or at https://account.flo.ca.
Our FLO Home™ charger can be installed inside or outside. Its NEMA 4X aluminum casing excels in all kinds of weather and is certified to operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 50°C.
